This policy explains how we store and use your personal information with regards to the impersonator Discord bot (our “service”).

We also temporarily store commands issued to us for logging purposes, and the server ID from which it originated from. This data is only stored temporarily and is wiped every 24 hours.


How we use it

The collected IDs are used to direct our service towards you and your server.
Custom messages collected are used to personalise your experience with our service, and are completely optional. We only save messages you explicitly tell us to save. These messages will only be displayed to the server that created them and never to other servers using the service.


The data we collect is not shared with any other third party (excluding Discord).


How we keep it

We retain this data for as long as is needed to provide our service to you.
You always have the ability to remove all data we have about your server by removing the impersonator bot from your server. This will wipe all data and is irreversible.
